Ferrari 458 Italia takes top international automotive Awards
Maranello, 22 December – In the past few days the Ferrari 458 Italia has taken a raft of coveted international awards from the most respected automotive magazines worldwide.
In the UK the 458 Italia was today nominated “Performance Car of the Year 2010” by CAR magazine for being “one of the fastest, most thrilling and communicative supercars of all time, as well as one of the easiest to drive day in, day out.”
Car Middle East, one of the leading magazines in the region, awarded the 458 Italia two prestigious titles – the overall “Car of the Year 2010” award and “Supercar of the Year 2010” – describing it as instantly desirable and the ultimate superhero car.
At the Guangzhou Auto Show in China, the Ferrari 458 Italia today took two further awards: “2010 Super Sports Car of The Year” from Top Gear (China Edition), and “The Most Admired Sports Car 2010” by Xcar, the popular Chinese automotive internet Web site.
Since its launch at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2009 the 458 Italia has been the subject of international critical acclaim and has received numerous awards worldwide.
