My Car Keeps Cutting Out

My 2004 Volkswagen  Polo keeps cutting out on me either whilst driving or coming up to a junction – have had alot of things replaced and it has been looked at. No warning lights appear before it happens does anyone have any ideas, I’m at my wits end ?
